Sierra chart data feed disconnecting

Hi, my Sierra chart data feed keeps disconnecting. The message log says "Disconnecting from data feed because usage time has ended. | 2021-02-28 16:18:14.886 *" It is true that my trial of service package 5 ended today, but I contacted AMP (my broker) a few days ago and they activated service package 5 for my account through their system.

The account that you have logged into this Support Board with is not paid for through AMP. This account is expired. If you have a different account through AMP, then you would need to log into your Sierra Chart account with that Account Name and Password.

At this point you need to directly pay for it. First restart Sierra Chart and follow the instructions below:
Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:

1. Select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu.

2. Choose the particular Service Package that you want to automatically renew and press the "Update" button.
