Hi Support,

I added additional money before month-end for data and services and now my data is delayed by 10 mins.

I'm with AMP and I guess I need to use CQG routing now instead of TT routing.

Everything looks good in terms of your setup. The first thing to check is if the you have File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes.

Reconnect to the data feed after changing that setting:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

If it is not, then switching that should take care of it. If it is set to Yes, then we would need your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
