I hope all is well. I was an AMP client using TT Fix. I have signed into the CQG datafeed and I can't get the Micro YM,NQ or GOLD to come up on my charts. I also saw that the Denali feed is more reliable? How do I set up the Denali feed to connect to AMP? I didn't see a Denali feed in the data/services connection option. I am confused as to how this works?

You were using the Denali Exchange Data Feed until today, when it did not renew for the new month since you did not have enough funds in your account. You can reactivate the Data Feed and exchange(s) on this page:

At this point it is best to change to package 11 which includes the Denali Exchange Data Feed:
To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

Or go to this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

And then after that activate the required exchanges here:

Thanks. I renewed the exchanges. Can I continue to use package 5 and the SC FUTURES ORDER ROUTING/DATA datafeed?

What data feed do I connect to? I was connecting to SC FUTURES ORDER ROUTING/DATA prior but the CME was disabled and I received the notice about the AMP/CQG situation. I couldn't place orders via CME last week while it was going on.

You are still getting data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. This is separate from the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service.

If you are still with AMP, then you can no longer use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, as AMP is not supporting this any longer. Therefore, you would have been switched to CQG. If this was done for you (you would need to check with AMP), then follow the instructions at the following link after they have switched you:

I switched and received confirmation from AMP. I logged into the CQG datafeed. I am very confused. Why did I just renew Denali? When I connect to the CQG feed, I can't get any of my charts to come up on the new symbols. Then I read that CQG might not be the most reliable so I should continue to use Denali. I am not understanding how this is set up? If Denali is the reliable feed, I would like to use that. Then what do I connect to in order to trade with AMP if I am not connecting with CQG?

Make sure the symbols are set correctly by using this Edit menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

Update Sierra Chart to the current version:
Software Download: Fast Update

And definitely follow through these instructions:

You do need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the proper and best data when using CQG.

You will need to connect with CQG for trading.

So did I just renew the Denali exchanges for no reason? I am confused?

You definitely need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for proper data when using CQG. But we have a new package which includes the data feed, and that is package 11 which is 46 USD per month.

We can change you to that package and credit your account for the 20 you paid separately for the Denali feed.

Sure. That works. Will I retain the 'market profile' option that I currently have in package 5?

Do I still login to the CQG data/services and it automatically uses Denali?

Will I retain the 3 exchanges being CME/COMEX/CBOT?

Package 11 is the same as Package 5 but also includes the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee (not exchange fees). So you will have all the functionality that is available in the system, including Market Profile.

You will connect to CQG for your trading, but your data will come from the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

Your exchange selections stay the same (CME, COMEX, and CBOT with Market Depth).

Great. This works. Thanks for clearing that up.

Did you switch it for me?
