Hello, I selected the "Active Service: 11 - Advanced + Denali Data Feed" option.

Does this NOT include the data fees? I am being routed to activate a data feed and there are specific $ amounts associated with them.

Can someone help please?

It does not include exchange fees if that is what you are asking about. What exchanges do you need real-time data for? And do you need market depth data?

The 'CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts' exchange has been internally activated, and will be renewed. This change will go in effect in approximately 3 minutes. If it does not, then restart Sierra Chart after that time.
We have activated this. There is no cost for this month.

However the next step is, connecting to your trading account:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services

in order to authorize the real-time data. Otherwise you will still be getting delayed data.

It is the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can see the activated services here:

Really. You have not experienced enough frustration yet. You are only just beginning. CME market data policy is absolute hell. Complete hell.

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

If you do not have a funded trading account or one with a supported trading service, then refer to this solution:
Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement

We recommend using the above solution in any case to avoid this problem in the future.

appreciate your patience and help.

I seem to have finally gotten this to work. Connected to Interactive Brokers.
