AMP Futures customer no credit Sierra Chart not working

Hello, I have a funded AMP futures account. When I try to login I get a message that I have no credit and need to add credit or make a payment. Shouldn't it be free as an Amp customer? My data and order routing is through CQG, which I believe is also included?

AMP canceled the renewal for your account through them:
2021-02-26 22:38:15, **, Internal Reseller Billing canceled., Affiliate Code: amp, AMP Trading Admin

And also be aware of the following:

At this point you need to pay for Sierra Chart directly. See instructions below. We have removed the affiliation of your Sierra Chart account from AMP.

And we recommend using package 10 which includes the Denali Data Feed. You definitely do not want to rely upon CQG data.

Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:

1. Select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu.

Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password.

2. Choose the particular Service Package that you want to automatically renew and press the "Update" button.

3. Add sufficient credit to your Services Balance using any of the available payment options:

I contacted AMP, and they have told me that you have cancelled all level 3 free accounts. Is this correct?

Just to be clear, it is Sierra that cancelled my account, and not AMP?

No this is completely untrue. This only reaffirms overwhelmingly, why we no longer want broker billing:

They are telling you things which are not accurate and it was a mistake for them to get involved in Sierra Chart billing.

And besides how could that possibly be true, when we showed you the transaction log entry above that your broker disabled billing on your account.

Please do not contact AMP further. Do not involve them any longer. This is a mistake.

Ok, when I go to add the level #10 package @ $36 a month which is Sierra + Denali data it also wants me to add this:

Active Service: Denali Exchange Data Feed for All Services - Active until: 2021-03-31 23:59:59 UTC

That shows an additional $20 a month, but shouldn't it be included?

Yes it is included. You do not need to activate that option.
