This isn't severe by any means, but it is noticeable. I have no lag or "hitching" on any other Window's application. I'm just wondering if there is a slight inefficiency in the Global Crosshair code now that can be fixed or maybe an incompatibility with some particular drawings/graphics? It kind of happens randomly and usually when I just start moving it. This NEVER happened prior to the last week or so. FYI: I also have the Tool Values window set to open whenever I click my mouse.
