SC Denali TT + CQG

Hello, I have been using SC Denali TT feed for while and have been very happy with it because of the historical data it provides. However, recently with AMP it ran into issues, and a suggestion was made to use CQG for order routing and Denali TT for real-time and historical. I have made the switch, however, it takes 3 plus hours for SC to get connected and go live, I would like to understand how I can resolve this issue? If there's no resolution to this, I would like to see what other alternatives you guys can provide as far as real-time and historical data feeds are concerned. I would like as much historical data as possible. Thanks, RL |

Do not confuse the data with the order routing. They are two separate things. You were getting your data through the Denali Exchange Data Feed and you were using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. Due to the issues with TT last week, AMP is no longer supporting TT for order routing, therefore the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service (which uses TT) is no longer available through AMP, and you would need to change to CQG. But, you are still able to get your data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed while being setup with AMP. This will be the case unless you elect to make a specific change to the CQG data. Yes, I understand that. I have Denali Exchange Data Feed with CQG order routing but the problem I'm facing is that it takes hours to connect and go live? I do not want CQG data or order routing and prefer to have everything with Sierra Charts including SC Order Routing Service

Can you suggest other brokers that might provide full SC data feed and order routing service as well?

Thanks, do you have an idea why it's taking so long to go live though with Denali Exchange data feed and CQG order routing?

We have no control over that. It is up to AMP to make the primary change for your account.
