Hi,

I recently loaded SC on my other laptop, but it won't allow me retrieve any data. I've been using it on my other laptop since last February.

You cannot receive the Sierra Chart data (even delayed data) on two different computers at the same time. Make sure you are not connected to the data feed on the first computer before you try to access it from the second computer (and vice versa).

You can receive SC delayed data on multiple computers at the same time.

For us to understand what the issue is in your case follow these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

What changed? I've been using SC since last February without any issues. This only happened when I installed SC on my backup laptop.

That worked, I somehow missed changing it to CQG.
