Please help with getting CQG/Denali activated

Guys, I am trying since hours in countless chats and e-Mail to get AMP to activate this private flag needed to use SC for data. They just don't get it or it is an issue with my account since I was one of the first migrating to your order routing solution. I switched before it was even shown on AMPs page so there may be some sort of customization they don't see in their frontends.

Could you please help me out and get in contact with them? If there is nothing you could do I'm done with this AMP/CQG mess and switch over to another broker offering Rithmic.

We just want to be sure that you have told them the following "enable the Sierra Chart Connection Mode with the SierraChartData private label to be able to connect to the CQG Web API".

I just setup a new account through my broker with CQG routing only and Denali for data. When I login to SC I get the attached error about not having any exchanges enabled for my Denali, but there are no activate buttons on that page. I've done the user agreements and added CQG WebAPI as the service in SC, but not sure how to proceed to get the data feed working.

You need to let AMP know that you have completed the agreements and that they can activate the exchange(s) for you. Since you are paying for your Denali Exchange Data Feed through them, they have to do this part of the setup for you.

Hi contacted AMP and they will enable Denali on their end, but they said I need to contact you guys to activate the CME exchange in my account, and then they'll get the email that it's been enabled. Sorry for the trouble, it seems it my fault for neglecting to choose the exchange initially.

Ok, we can take care of that for you. What exchange(s) are you wanting to have activated?

We have activated the exchange for you. You should be receiving the Real-Time data now. If you are not, then select File >> Disconnect then File >> Connect to Data Feed to reconnect.
