HI

I JUST RELOADED MY ES CHART WITH CQG DATAFEED , AS I AM TRADINING WITH ADMIS THROUGH CQG WEB API, AND FOUND THER IS ONLY THREE DAYS OF HISTORTC DATA,

HOW CAN I ENABLE HISTORIC DATA ? SO I NEED TO SUBSCRIBE TO DATA FEED THROUGH CME ? BUT I NEED TO TRADDE THROUGH CQG, ONCE I USE CQGWEB API, I CAN ONLY FINE CQG DATAFEED,

HOW CAN I USE SEIRRA CHART DATAFEED WHILE TRADE THROUGH CQG ?

You are using Sierra Chart provided data feeds, so the market data will come from Sierra Chart.

Make sure this option is enabled:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

HI

I HAVE FOLLOW THE INSTRCUTION AS STATED, BUT i can not receive any historic data at all, please advise.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
