HI TMY ACCOUNT SEEMS TO BE SAYING I DONT HAVE THE RIGHT PACKAGE DEAL I HAVE PAID AGAIN TODAY 27.15 POUNDS FOR PACKAGE 5OM THE 08/02/2021 I PAID 27.73 AND ALSO 20.03 WAS PAIDTHE SAME DAY AND I STILL AM HAVING TROUBLE GETTING DATA ONTO MY CHARTS YOU CAN CHECKTO SEE THAT THE PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN PAID CAN THE PROBLEM OF MY DATA BEING FIXED AND CAN YOU EXTEND MY USAGE TIME WITH THE MONEIS THA HAVE BEEN PAID EXTRA

To see WTI in the description is correct.

We see what the problem is. You have two different Sierra Chart accounts and you have been making payments to both of those. We have to sort this out for you on Monday and consolidate them.

Some how I have done 2 accounts and they need to be consolidated as I am having trouble with data on my charts you are aware of this can you please get sorted for me as I don’t no which account to use
