TT Outage Follow-up -- AMP initiated data feed change from TT to CQG

Hello.

Related to the TT outage, I received an email from AMP Futures yesterday that included the following:

"We have been in communication with Sierra Chart. The change from TT to CQG is not a difficult process. Simple change of the connection and reset the symbol mapping. Sierra will publish quick help guide shortly.

Sierra Chart Users > Please submit this form to request your account to be changed from TT datafeed to CQG >>"

Earlier today I received the following:

"Hello Richard ,
Your CQG side has now been re enabled
Thank You"

However, when I attempted to initiate a trade today I received the following error message:

"SC Futures Order Routing/Data order update (Order reject). Info: TT order update (Rejected). Text: Insufficient permissions : route does not exist for clientCompId LIVE_SIERRA_1, route : 123148 , 7.. Text: Parent order. Tag: 02C-02T(10T-10SL)CS.twconfig. Internal Order ID: 34566. Service Order ID: 4745471. Symbol: 6SH21_FUT_CME. Account: AC104564 | 2021-02-19 11:31:01.066 * "

I assume we need to change the order routing to CQG. If so, please let me know how to proceed.
