Currently using the TT / Sierra Chart Order Routing Service with Denali Data. Spoke to AMP help desk and was told TT link would be re-instated for CME in a couple of days. Post #15 on TT Based Order Routing Service: TT Interruption - Support Board - Sierra Chart Implies that the only way to trade and AMP account will be with the CQG Web API. On further discussion with AMP Help desk was informed that in order to receive a CQG account username I would have to subscribe to CQG data. Your note clearly states it is possible to use the Denali data. I filled the AMP switchover form in, leaving the data feed section blank, several hours ago and have not received a CQG username and password. Would like to be able to resume trading, please advise how best to proceed.

You need to talk with AMP about getting this moving. They have to do the work to get you switched over. Once that is done then it is just matter of changing the service in your local version of Sierra Chart. On further discussion with AMP Help desk was informed that in order to receive a CQG account username I would have to subscribe to CQG data. We had a call with senior management at AMP about this, and they have received confirmation from CQG this is not necessary to use CQG data. CQG can be used just for order routing only.
