This was my earlier post.

I have gone through those causes. More information from you. It happens with the symbols MGCJ21 and M2KH21. They seem to be ok. But after about 11:30 they are essentially untradable. Feed skips about and freezes for 4-8 seconds at a time. MNQ is still fine.

Hello. I have CQG for my data feed. It continuously freezes, particularly on low volume days. For example right now the time on one chart is completely frozen. Yet- I can watch the bid and ask at the top change. This is at the moment with NQ, but also happens frequently with GC . I am running the current version of Sierra -2230. Also, my CPU load is at 4% If I close the chartbook and reopen it will unfreeze, BUT it will still only update every 4-10 seconds as seen by my countdown timer.

I can attach a video if it would be useful. One of NQ working fine and one of the others stalling.

Ok. So using SC with AMP here's what I understand.

1. I subscribe to the Denali CQG order routing only with AMP
2. I get an exchange subsription
3. I subscribe to Denali for a data package.

Is that correct?

With regards to the last post:

You have us a bit confused. We see your account is already setup to use CQG. Therefore, there is nothing that you need to do.

If you want to get your data from us (Denali Exchange Data Feed), which we definitely recommend, then all you need to do is go through the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup, which can be found here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

After which, you would want to let AMP know that you no longer want to receive the data from CQG.

Ok, so I would start here?

Denali Exchange Data Feed Service (Optional):
[Link]
[Todo]
Denali Exchange Data Feed for All Services - 0 USD Until End of Current Month | 20 USD/Month

And activate that?

It looks like there is no balance for the rest of the month - So I could try this to see if it resolves the issue?

Thanks

Yes, that is the correct starting place.

And yes, there will not be any charge for the datafeed or the exchange for the remainder of the month, since you have not used them in the past.

Ok I have switched to the Denali Data feed. Now my Trade Service Log keeps popping up with this message:
CQG WebAPI | Received Order Status with transaction_status_size=0.|2021-02-20 02:22:03.022*

There are about 50 of these messages.

Is there an open order somewhere?

Ok, I have signed up for and switched over to the Denali datafeed. I am still having the issue of missing data/ time. I have deleted all data and redownloaded. For example with MGCJ21 on replay from 13:32 I am missing sections of time from 3-20 seconds at a time. And just to clarify I also went and deleted the .scid files and re-downloaded everything. Still having the same issue. NQ works fine with clear one second intervals. I should also clarify that it is evidenced that I am using SC datafeed by the [M] after the symbol MGCJ21. Please help.

Thanks

There is no freezing case at all. What you are seeing is normal. If you have further questions contact the exchange.

Hi if this is the case then why can I watch the bid and the ask update? I see this on the top of the chart and the dom, but the chart does not update.

I also reviewed the log and see this:

SC Data - All Services | Market Depth data has been rejected for symbol: MGCJ21-COMEX. Not authorized for market depth. | 2021-02-20 06:42:01.027

Could that have anything to do with it?

I have reviewed the log again after opening the M2K chart and see this error message:

SC Data - All Services | Market Depth data has been rejected for symbol: M2KH21-CME. Not authorized for market depth. | 2021-02-20 22:01:44.792
Unsubscribed from market depth data for M2KH21-CME | 2021-02-20 22:01:54.406

I do NOT get this message when opening the NQ chart.

The CME Group exchange fee you pay does not include market depth data.
