Dear Sierra team, I initially had the free trial on my laptop and installed a chartbook, however the trial ran out and the chartbook didn't work, I have now paid for a subscription, and reinstalled the chartbook, it still doesn't work, even after following instructions from the person who developed the chart, the DOM chartbook doesn't work. There is nothing to reset in your account. The most likely reason for a Chartbook from someone else to not show anything is that they are using a different service and therefore the symbols are different. Open the Chartbook and then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. That should resolve the issue. If not, then we need to know exactly what the problem is.
