There is nothing to reset in your account. The most likely reason for a Chartbook from someone else to not show anything is that they are using a different service and therefore the symbols are different. Open the Chartbook and then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. That should resolve the issue. If not, then we need to know exactly what the problem is.
