Dear Sierra team, I initially had the free trial on my laptop and installed a chartbook, however the trial ran out and the chartbook didn't work, I have now paid for a subscription, and reinstalled the chartbook, it still doesn't work, even after following instructions from the person who developed the chart, the DOM chartbook doesn't work.
