Platform is still down with working orders being displayed

Hi, I understand that this is a TT Issue. Please advise as to when the platform comes back online. Currently my platform is showing some working orders and they should not be there. My platform is still not working properly. I cannot do anything to resolve this on my end.

Hi SC, I love the product and will always love the product. I am having issues with the data feed itself now. It is frozen as well. Orders are another issue altogether as they're still appearing on my charts as working orders and when I attempt to cancel the message log pops up and is not allowing the cancellation..

What should I do regarding trading for tomorrow? what options do I have?

If you are still having a problem then follow these instructions to get us your Message Log:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

I am not sure at this point what to next. I am still experiencing issues with the data feed as well as seeing orders on my charts that I cannot cancel.

I tried to switch over to server 1 and still not resolving my datafeed issues.

I need someone to come in to my environment and assess the situation please.

User called. Data feed issue is resolved. Regarding the open orders which cannot be canceled, we will clear those at the end of the day assuming no problems with TT at that time.

Not sure if the orders have been cleared out on your end.

I am still seeing the orders on my chart. I attempted to cancel and was not able to do so.

Yes we did reset the connections to TT. Therefore TT must still be showing those orders on their system.

We did not do the software update, that recognized the particular rejection text that we got from the remote session we did with you yesterday.

We will do that this evening. After that software update which we will do this evening , once you cancel them, then they will clear.

Hi, I am still seeing the orders on my chart. I tried to cancel with no success.

Is the update available? If available, should I download the prerelease again? Thank you.

Just attempted to place an order on the ES. The order was rejected due to max position size (set by me at FCM). The orders that are being displayed are not allowing me to place orders.

I checked my account at FirmSoft, and i do not have any working orders currently. What do you advise?

We were not able to do the software update yesterday because we were very overwhelmed with a lot of postings/requests related to these recent TT issue.

And actually based upon your post 10, we can tell, that there is not anything we can do to really clear those orders. We will contact TT now about getting those orders cleared.
