Not getting Historical Data

Hello, I had demo account with you but I'm now getting Data and paying your service through EdgeClear. I was able to get historical data without any issue with demo delayed data, now I'm getting few days. I tried Delete all Data and reload but I get 5 days when I do that. Could please help, I have my settings attached. |

You are now getting your data from CQG and that is what they have available. If you want to get our historical data to fill in for where CQG is lacking, then you would just need to enable the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You do NOT need to activate any exchanges, just the data feed itself. The cost for this is $20.00 USD per month. Refer to the Setup Instructions here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Again, you would ignore the section for "Activate the Exchanges", as this is not required to just get the historical data. We do want to point out that you could also just get the all the data through us in a much more consistent manner. Hello John, Thanks for getting back to me, there is too much information to cover from this website and I really wanted to use your service without going to other services but it is not easy to find information without knowing what you are looking for here. Here are my questions: How much in total I'm supposed to be paying if I use Denali Exchange Data Feed from you directly, Do I have to have an account with AMP or edgeclear if I do? What is the cheapest way I could use Sierra Chart with Advanced Features and Denali Exchange Data Feed as a nonprofessional trader and how much will that cost a month? |

You really should pay the exchange fee and get all of the data (Historical and real-time) from Sierra Chart and not use CQG at all for market data. That is the only thing that will make any sense. You will need to use Package 10 or 11 which include the Denali data feed: Description of Service Packages and Pricing starting in March the package prices will go down by 10 USD per month. Thank you John, Package 10 is the best option if this is going to be 36 USD next month. Since I have already paid 41 USD yesterday for your service through CQG which I haven't been able to access from what I see as I don't have a data feed connection now. Should I use that from here or this is something I need to ask my Broker? Could you also answer me if there is an option to use your service without going through a broker as a nonprofessional trader? We are not sure what you are asking here. The account you are posting from is not setup to pay for any Sierra Chart fees through your broker. So any changes you want to make would be paid directly to us and you would make those changes yourself on our website as needed. if there is an option to use your service without going through a broker as a nonprofessional trader?
This isn't about our software or even our data feeds. This is a requirement from the CME Group. They require that in order to qualify for the lower priced Non-Professional exchange fees that you have a funded trading account.We cannot say what your pricing would be as there are too many variables that we do not know the answers to. You need to determine what package you want, and then whether you will be able to qualify as a non-professional and then determine what exchange(s) you want.
