I have re-activated my account with AMP and everything seems to be working now with the exception of my DOM. I only have the current price on the DOM and it flashes/alternates back and forth between the current bid/offer level. There is no other levels showing up on the DOM. Can you advise how to fix this? Thank you |

This is not clear for us and not sure why there would be an issue. FYI, it flashes back and forth between one number on the offer, then to one number on the bid and just alternates back and forth.

Check your color settings. It looks like you may have your Bid and Ask Text Colors set to the same as the background. In trying to adjust the font color I noticed that there is actually no issue with the color. The DOM color appears as it should but for some reason each ticks/step on the DOM ladder is separated by one full page. So basically on the ES to move on the bid column from 3919.50 to 3918.50 I need to scroll down roughly 4 pages worth of empty space. Each page has one entry on it being 3919.25, then next page 3919.00, then 3918.75, then 3918.50. The same happens if I try and move up the DOM on the offer side as well. Do you have any suggestions on how I can fix this so all the levels on the DOM appear on the chart/ladder on one page?

Thanks! The ladder is now appearing correctly with the current price and all columns on the page. My buy/sell columns are still empty so there are no bids/offers appearing. Any suggestions to have this data appear? Thank you |

http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=161298285732.png I seem to be receiving the full bid offer level, but they just won't appear on the DOM. I've gone through the suggestions above with no success. The market depth window is fully populated with all the data bids/offers. But it is not carrying over to the DOM. Of note all of the steps after that are not options on my account. When I try and progress though the folders mentioned (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> SC Server Settings) I go into Global Settings>>Data/Trade Service Settings and that is the last folder.
