it looks like my agreements have been rejected as you are not sure that Ig broker provides futures services which is the case i replied in the support ticket below but the message just says ticket closed

how do i get this sorted out

also my ftse prices are delayed and dow what do i need to do to get live prices

you have told me that at some stage i have to move to denali

im not sure why but theres a problem with the agreement to be resolved as its been rejected

Based on the exchanges you have selected there is no dependency on having a futures trading account.

So do you need real-time FTSE futures data?

Did you want to use a nonprofessional CME exchange?

hello

i dont know whats going on but my dax feed is no longer active during the night and starts at 8.30 90 mins after dax open

my ftse has always been delayed nut yes how do i solve dax issue and possibly get live ftse feed please

i updated to latest version but dax dats is still missing

So it sounds like you are missing data for EUREX FDAX. In this case, refer to:

Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Incorrect Chart and Session Times Settings

and

Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart

Make sure you are also using the correct symbols by using this Edit menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

For real-time FTSE futures data you need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the LIFFE exchange:
