Hello, I have the equities package and it is not updating in real time, it just loads the chart and does not update, only shows price when chart was opened. Can you help? Thanks

Restart Sierra Chart and use the Forced Login option to ensure that your local system is updated with our servers. Refer to the information here: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Forced Login If you continue to have an issue after this, then we would want to see your Message Log following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
