Just to be clear, for someone currently using the delayed feed (included with the package 5 price), the price per month has just increased $20 (almost doubled for the 6 month discount) to accommodate a data feed that is not needed by that person. Is this correct?

No that is completely untrue. Do not post false information. The information here is very clear:
Important Notice: Price Standardization Plan Effective March 1, 2021 | Denali Data Feed

Look at the first post.

And furthermore, the delayed data feed, is now included with all service packages. We will update the documentation in that regard.

This thread is going to be deleted.

Ok we think we see the source of the confusion. You are looking at the packages table page which lists the prices as they are now. But the thread about the price changes contains the actual table of intended prices. And that thread says those prices will be adjusted down.

Yes, that is correct. I was looking at the old table and did not understand the new pricing. Thank you for the clarification.

So, if I am a current user of Package 5, but currently only using the delayed data, do I need to do anything manually to avoid being bumped to Package 11?

I recently paid up for 6 months, but am suddenly recently getting warnings about my SC account balance every time I start the application, saying that I need to add additional credit to my account in order to pay for order fills. But since I'm not paying for order fills (only playing in SIM), can I safely ignore that? Or will I lose my delayed data soon? I am confused about all the recent messaging.

Thank you.

@User145575:
- You do not need to do anything in order to not be moved to Package 11.

- You are receiving the warnings about your account balance because you are setup to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service and to pay for your Order Fills from your Sierra Chart account, and your balance is lower than we want it to be for you to be able to use the service.

You can ignore the messages as far as Simulated trading goes. But if you were to start doing live trading, your account balance would quickly go negative, at which time your Sierra Chart account will be locked and you will not be able to use the software. Therefore, we highly recommend that you keep at least $5.00 in your account, which will also remove the messages.
