Hello, I have subscribed to the Sierra chart flow service two days ago but I have not received an email since and when I connect to the Sierra chart, everything remains static, I do not have access to market data |

Open a chart for ESH21-CME. You should be receiving delayed streaming data. Please confirm. Tell us what symbols are not receiving streaming data. Regarding real-time data: The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.
