Setting up New Account with Edge Clear

I should have a wire funding my account with Edge Clear today. I'd like to set up this Sierra Charts account to work with the Edge Clear account and use SC's data feeds and routing, etc. I've been through the website various times, and I'm still a little confused about what I will need. I'm hoping I can state my goals here and someone can tell me what I need(?)

* I want to trade Emini S&P 500 and the Micro Emini S&P 500.
* I want to replay with realistic placements and fulfillments on a sim account with full, accurate (tick?) market depth on the DOM.
* I'm concerned about extra fees with Denali, as I want to 'get my feet wet' for a good while with the Micro Emini. Is Rithmic as reliable, keeping in mind my goal for replays and accurate market depth on the DOM?

I think this is what I need... am I missing something?

1. Service Package Level 5
2. CME Bundle with Market Depth
4. Denali or Rithmic Data Feed

What are the other fees beyond items 1 through 3 above?

Also my rep gave me a specific link to set up Sierra with Edge Clear. Can I confirm that I start here - and do you want my Edge Clear Account in the "Existing Account Number" box?:

First, in terms of data, since you are wanting to do testing first and "get your feet wet", we really recommend using the Sierra Chart Delayed Data Feed. This gives you the data you want (streaming tick data with market depth for the CME Group), just 10 minutes and 10 seconds delayed from the real data. In every way, it works exactly the same as the real-time data, and the Simulation mode in Sierra Chart works with it in the same way.

There is no additional fee for the delayed data as long as you have an active service package, so you can save your money during this testing period. Refer to the information here:
Delayed Exchange Data Feed

If you go with the above, you just need a service package, it doesn't matter which one. Refer to the information here for the differences in the packages:
Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages

With regards to the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, you will need to follow the Setup Instructions here:

For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Thank you.
Right now, on the trial, when I replay, I don't have any market depth in the DOM. I see the inside bids and offers, but the limit orders have just a "1" at the current levels.

ES (ESH21-CME)

I'm using SC Data-All Services when I connect and have followed the instructions at the above link for thread 58241. Still no market depth.

You need to see if you have historical market depth data for the date being replayed. Refer to:
