hello answer me my questions: 1. I want to connect service pact 5. If I activate the service package 5 in the middle of the month for example 15.01.2021 then the subscription will be valid for exactly one month and will end on 14.02.2021? 2. I want to connect other data (US stocks). If I connect the data in the middle of the month for example 15.01.2021 then the subscription will be valid for exactly one month and will end on 14.02.2021? 3. In the US stock subscription parameters, it is specified: Market Depth Enabled: No. Give me information about what data I will receive by subscription. Or a link where you can see the data that is delivered in a subscription to US stocks?

1. It is important to understand that the Service Package renewal and the Data Feed renewals are different. For the Service Package, when you purchase one-month of service, you are actually purchasing 31 days of service. It is always a full 31 days and starts on the day that you started or renewed service. Therefore, you start service on February 14, 2021 for 1 month, your service package end date would be March 17, 2021. You will find the information on this here: The Data Feeds, on the other hand, work on a calendar month process and the exchange fees are not pro-rated. Therefore, if you activate a data feed on February 14, 2021, the data feed fee is pro-rated and you only pay the amount to cover from February 14, 2021 to February 28, 2021. You will pay the full amount for the Exchange Fee for the month if you activate it on February 14, 2021 and it will be available until February 28, 2021. You would then pay the full amount for the month of March on March 1, 2021 for both the Data Feed Fee and the Exchange Fee. This is documented here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding Sierra Chart Data Feeds Pricing and Automatic Renewal 2. The only thing that is missing from the data is the Market Depth. So you will get Bid and Ask trades and tick-by-tick data. All of this is covered in the documentation here: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
