I am looking at my account and my account balance on the Sierra system is not matching my daily account balance shown on the daily statements Amp provides to me. My account should should **19.41 credit rather than the **91.41 credit it is showing.

I awoke this morning and received an error message that says Sierra Chart does not support or recognize the F.US.EP symbol for real-time data. That is the symbol that I have been using to trade the S & P 500 E-mini. What symbol do I need to input into Sierra Charts to trade the E-mini?

The reason you are getting that error is because you did not have enough funds in your account to renew the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts exchange on May 1, 2021.

You need to add enough funds to your account to cover the cost of the exchange and then you can reactivate the exchange by going to the bottom of the following page and selecting the button for Reactivate Exchange:
