Please I need the 32 bit version that I used until today, before downloading the current version as suggested from the warning panel that appeared every opening of Sierra Chart.

I follow the suggestion and in Help>>Download current version, but now Sierra Chart doesn't open any more. I have a 32 bit sistem with Window 7 and I need the previous verision.

How I can reload the 32 bit version?, could you send it to me? I'm paying an annual serviceck answer please but the software doen't work any more. I need to work on it.

I need a quick answer please, and thanks in advance.

That version is no longer available and is too old. You will need to be on a more recent version which will only have support for 64-bit processors.

Sorry, It is to re-install on my computer 32 bits with Windows 7. It worked well one week ago but I made a big mistake and supressed the concerned directory. Please can you provide a direct link to an autoextract file. This is really important for me.

The earliest version we have available is 2204, which still has the 32-bit version in it. You can access it using the Zip Installer. Refer to the information here:

Hello John, thank you for the link.

Nethertheless I unpacked v2204 in my 32 bits computer, It installed 2 executable files : SIERRACHART_64 (size 20.9 MB) and SIERRACHART (1.846 MB)
None of them worked : For the first one an error pop-up says 'you need x64 processor' , for the second nothing's happening in doubleclicking again and again. Can you please propose an other 32 bits version or better send me the SC_2020 32bits package which works perfectly with me. I used it for a vey long time without any problem. It will be very useful in order to be operational sunday for the opening of the night session.

Thank you in advance for your help.

We can not get you version 2020. That is just too old and there have been too many updates and fixes made for the various trading services.

The file named Sierrachart.exe is the 32-bit version. We tried it ourselves (although on a 64-bit computer) from that zip installer to see if it would work and it did for us. So we do not know why it is not working for you. Although we did get an error from Microsoft that we had to specifically allow the program to run. It's possible that you have your security set so that the program is just not running. Be sure you check your Microsoft security and also check that your Virus Scanning Software is not blocking the running of the file. And also try to run it as Administrator and see if that works.

You can also try the other versions that are in the Zip Installer directory and see if you can find the 32-bit version in a release that will work.

I noticed some times ago that SIERRACHART 32 bits executable has a size around 15 MB and not 1.846 MB as it is with 2204 ; so it is bizarre , it doesn't match for a standalone full application.

To clarify, I just borrowed at this time now one 64 bits computer (I don't own) and installed v2204, I clicked on SIERRACHART (not 64), it effectively opened but when I clicked the About menu, this is the information I got (see image attached please)
This is depressing.

Our apologies, we did not realize that those versions of sierrachart.exe were not the full 32-bit versions. We just checked a few others and see the same thing you are. It looks like it is just a redirect to running the 64-bit version. Probably for those in transition to not have to update links.

There really is nothing more we can do. The older versions are simply not available due to how many changes we have made along the way.

We are sure there is a 32-bit version still available, at least we think so, but we just have to determine its version number.

Hello again SC,

If so , is it possible you provide this one version in 32 bits, I don't own any other computer available than my 32 bits Dell. The SC 2020 version worked perfectly with my computer, I'm really really scared to be blocked sunday night for the night session.

I sincerly hope you could find a backup, please.

I just want to try an alternative solution with SierraChart latest version (2348) with a computer 64 bits, My Data feed is Rithmic.

I saw that it needs a "Service Package 10 or higher...." as I read here https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Rithmic.php#SetupInstructions.

Could you please SC enable "service package 10" for my testing for the last 6 days of usage time I stiil have ; If my testings are OK I shall renew with this new package but firt I would have to migrate all my studies in a 64 bits mode which is very complicate as I already tried with you 2 years ago.

Your account is currently setup as evaluating Package 12, so you are fine with respect to the ability to connect to Rithmic.

Hello John,

As I will migrate all my studies running on SC 32bits to SC_2348 64 bits, I need to access to another instance of Sierrachart with service package 3 that I will use on an old SC_v1315 32 bits I just reinstalled, It will be my base reference to compare with the awaiting result. I need to login with my old alternate Id : Anarayan. So simultaneously I use SC_v1315 with Anarayan Id as a basement and SC_v2348 with Colibryss Id package 12 as the target.

Two years ago I tried with your services (Help please following an unsolved problem of optimization) to migrate my studies to 64 bits environment,It was big time investment uncompleted (more than one month) for you and me so that I aborted halfway. I think now starting from scratch, It could take a little more than one full month and without trading. Could you please grant me necessary usage Time (one month) for Anarayan Id with package 3 in order to proceed this way as it need a lot of time and work. It will be very helpful.

Thank you in advance for your precious support and understanding.

Hello SC

...still migrating my studies, it's going on not so quickly as I hoped and most important no trading activity last two weeks ; I'm afraid it may take two or three more weeks of difficult work to achieve some functional result : in fact, my workbook comprises multiple Charts interconnected I need to take care.

Hello SC

For achieving the migration Could you please extend 15 days of Package 3 to the Anarayan account, as I would simultaneously renew one month with my colibryss account with Package 12.

Thank you for your help and comprehension.

Thank you SC but although you extended, I am unable to connect with v1915 to DadaFeed from verily this morning !?!

yesterday and all the period before it was OK, a perfect connection with rithmic for my tests but now when I'm loging in, the Software try to force an automatic upgrade (see picture)to latest SC version, I decline but still being with v1915 I cannot connect as before.

Could you please make the v1915 still operative with the connection as yesterday in order to proceed with my own migration process, for now I'm unfortunatly blocked. That's really important to me , Could you please reverse this technical lock you implemented that became effective just this night.

Best Regards

it seems that when you extended for 15 days , my account Anarayan was subscribed to another package than the previous one which is the cause of the automatic upgrade. As you can see in the picture all Data Services are now disabled so that I cannot connect anymore. Can you inquire and correct please.

Why do you need to run version 1915? That version is unsupported with Rithmic. You have to use version 1976 or higher.
