Hi,
I'm subscribed to Denali:

1) If I connect to trading evaluator real time, will I get exact same feed I get from Denali? I want to practice on same data I would get on real trading environment with Denali.

2) Upon connecting on Trading evaluator, it doesn't recognize my ES symbol... I was expecting symbols from evaluator and Denali to be the same. Isn't it the case? If symbols are different, how can I be sure feed is from Denali?

1. The Trading Evaluator does not have a data feed of its own. It uses the data feeds from Sierra Chart. Therefore, if you are signed up for the Denali Exchange Data Feed (which you are), then you will be using the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the data when you are using the Trading Evaluator Service.

2. The symbols are different between SC Data - All Services and the Trading Evaluator. When switching between the services just select the option to update the symbols to the new service and this will take care of things. If you forget to do this, just select Edit >> Translate Symbols to New Service.

You can always be sure that the data is from us (Denali Data Feed) by looking for the [M] after the symbol name in the Chart Header. Refer to the information at the end of this section:

Thanks John,
much appreciated.

Is there any difference in working in simulation mode, when sim is enabled on a regular "SC all data" connection, and specifically the Simulation evaluator connection, aside from the daily limits and such? Any difference in fills?

Also on regular connection "Sc all data" in sim mode, for some reason, the sim accounts, including "sim1" has disappeared from the drop down where I can choose which account to target. All there remains is "unset".

Do you know why?

Regarding the differences, refer to the Introduction section here:
Simulated Futures Trading Service: Introduction

To see the simulated accounts, you need to enable Trade Simulation Mode:

Ok got it.
It's confusing (and unnecessary IMHO) to have trading evaluator use different symbol name than Denali if it uses Denali as feed.
Also why is there less symbols in trade evaluator? I don't see EUR/USD and bitcoin futures for example.

We did make a change to the symbols used by SC Data-All Services that were not applied to the Trading evaluator services.

Regarding bitcoin futures are you referring to what is traded on the CME? There is one BitMex symbol listed.
