Hello,

I only need data for DAX with market depth, nothing else.

I spend over 100 dolars for services. I bought Denali Exchange Data Feed, Denali - Activated Exchange: CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts, Exchange Data Feed: 250 Real-Time Symbols and Activated Exchange: Eurex with Market Dept.

And still it is not working. On November wvrything worked and now not. I cant find anything what should I do.

Can you please help me.

First, with regards to getting data for the DAX, you should be fine, as everything is setup properly for your account. Be sure you open a chart for the proper symbol by selecting Find Symbol from the File menu.

If you only want Real-Time data for the DAX, then you do not need the Denali Exchange Data Feed, therefore it is best if you deactivate this so you are not charged again next month for it. Refer to the information here:

Ok thank you, but still, now the numbers bars calculated values isnt working. Where can be the problem now?

Dax and rel time data is ok but numbers bars or maketh deppth now.

It looks like on the picture.

Hi User713472, Numbers Bars and Numbers Bars Calculated Values is an Advanced Package Feature (SP5):
Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages

We see you are on the Standard Package (SP3):

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

For the next mont I just wanna do a recap what I need.

I need:

Service package 5 advacted
Eurex with Market Depth
Exchange Data Feed: 250 Real-Time Symbols

Yes that appears correct, since your focus is the EUREX Exchange.
