First, with regards to getting data for the DAX, you should be fine, as everything is setup properly for your account. Be sure you open a chart for the proper symbol by selecting Find Symbol from the File menu. If you only want Real-Time data for the DAX, then you do not need the Denali Exchange Data Feed, therefore it is best if you deactivate this so you are not charged again next month for it.
