You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees You also need to complete the Denali Exchange Data Feed Agreements found on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements Since you are wanting to activate a Non-Professional exchange, you need to have a trading account (as described above). And you need to then enter the information for that trading account in the Uniform Subscriber Agreement. Otherwise, you cannot qualify as a non-professional and you would need to pay for the Professional exchanges. There is also this solution to create an account to qualify as a Non-Professional: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
