Hello, I ordered sierrachart with RITMIC datafeed via AMP. I got a password for sierra and I don't have a password for ritmic. I contacted amp suport and they said that sierra does not support ritmic. Why is this package offered? What should I do to do?

Our recommendation is to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service with Data through AMP rather than try to get Rithmic to work. Refer to the following:

You can also choose to use CQG, but again, we recommend the above service, especially since we are no longer subsidizing their historical data. You can read more about this here:

Just let AMP know which service you want to use and they will get you switched over.

We are no longer supporting Rithmic and we can't say why AMP still is offering the option, they should not be.
