Hello, I ordered sierrachart with RITMIC datafeed via AMP. I got a password for sierra and I don't have a password for ritmic. I contacted amp suport and they said that sierra does not support ritmic. Why is this package offered? What should I do to do?

Our recommendation is to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service with Data through AMP rather than try to get Rithmic to work. Refer to the following: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service You can also choose to use CQG, but again, we recommend the above service, especially since we are no longer subsidizing their historical data.
