Hello,
now i have a problem, i had a bracked order over the weekend,the position got stopped,
normally it should delete the attached orders when closing thwe position, but it did not,
now i have 2 limit buy orders wich where were the target for the closed position,
but i cant delete them or change them(not with cancel all and also not in the open trade window),please help i dont wanna get filled on these.

Most likely those orders are not actually working.

Tell us what Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Settings >> Primary Server is set to. Also let us know the Backup Server 1.

Hello,

yesterday i got a email from amp that TT has a position issue and that they disabled trading the account,then i got another email that they
fixed the duplicated orders and that i can check on my tt plattform but i use sierra and not tt.

This morning i deleted the orders in sierra but i have in trade activity lock 2 trades from yesterday wich i never placed.
In the morning i took a trade,this trade is not showing in trad activity log.

Now i tried to take a trade but it is rejected and i can not trade:

So what can i do now?TY

You are using TT for the order routing, that is who we currently work with to create the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service.

What you are getting IS related to the issues with TT and AMP stopping trading. You will need to get with AMP to determine when you can trade again. Refer to the following for more information on today's issue:

i am a little confused and english is not my first language,
this change to cqg is this somthing someone can do or have to do ,
so does everything work again like before with tt order routing or do i have to switch to cqg?

The switch to CQG is an option. It is not something you have to do.

The issue is simply that TT is still working on fixing their issues. Therefore, in order to get people trading again, AMP is willing to switch your setup from TT to CQG.

Hello,

i have 3 quick questions:

1. if i want to renew my subscribtion to what i have now (without MBO) Sierra + Deniali package 11 is the right one?

2. Is there a way to make payment in EUR,because last time i paid with creditcard and got charged a lot of fees for the currency conversion?

3. Is there a rough timeline for the orderrouting from sierra direct to cme (1month,1year??), i am asking because i am not jusing my amp account since the stuff with TT happened and i heard a similar thing happened with cqg last week,so i am using my iIB account at the moment.

1. The package you would need, that is equivalent to Package 5 with the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee is Package 11.

2. We are working on some different payment processors, but at the moment there is not one that processes directly in Euros without a fee.

You can change the Service Package:
To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

now my AMP (TT order routing) account has been removed,
what are my options now?Can i wait until your cme direct order routing is available and then reactivate it
and in the meantime go with SC all data?
I am really confused and since i made the change end of last year only have problems,i know its not your fault.

No you cannot wait because this is not going to be ready by the time you need to authorize the CME data for another 30 days.
