hi. i have the denali exchange data service so i should be receving level 2 data, but im not getting that on my dom. i altered my settings and made all the numbers 0, yet i still cant get deep level data. do you know how i can change this? am i on the wrong subscription?

You have the wrong exchange activated. Right now you have the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts. In order to get the Market Depth, you would need to activate the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts. Note that we cannot give refunds for the exchange fees, as these are paid to the exchanges themselves and they do not give refunds. Also, enabling an exchange will cost you the full amount for the month, regardless of how much time is left (i.e. they are not pro-rated). So if you activated the new exchange today (December 28, 2020), then you will pay $31.20 for the next 3 days and then have to pay again on January 1, 2021. Therefore, we recommend just waiting until January 1, 2021 to start the new data feed. But you will want to "Deactivate" your existing choice in order to set it to not renew at the new month. do you think you could disable the 'automatically renews' section for this data feed? so i can swtich to the next without being charged for both? thanks |
