Using CQG order routing with Denali data feed (DTS - CQG WebAPI). SC version was 2204 then updated to 2213 but issue remains. There isn't an issue when I open a second instance with DELAYED data feed.

Is this because of the changes in regards to CQG? There shouldn't be any effect however on downloading market depth since I'm using Denali data feed.

We do not observe any problem. Historical market depth data has been received and also keep in mind that the markets closed early on December 24.

What symbol are you asking about?

NQ (F.US.ENQH21) and ES (F.US.EPH21)

I'm aware about the early close and as I stated on the delayed data feed instance the download was successful, however on my live account instance it doesn't want to download even after "Download depth data from date-time" command is given. Haven't had any issues since the beginning of this option/service.

We apologize for the delay. We wonder if this relates to some connectivity issue . We had noticed some apparent problem with degraded connectivity to some of our servers yesterday, apparently due to an ISP.

Right-click on the chart at the start of the day and select Download depth data from date-time

We apologize for the delay.
No need to apologize. I love your software and I understand that my issue isn't a huge one and it's not top priority :)

I cleared the log and I selected Download depth data from date-time on ES but no new lines appeared. I also want to mention that the status bar doesn't indicate that SC is downloading anything immediately after I select Download depth data from date-time like it usually does.

A required setting in the Symbol Settings was mistakenly cleared but we are not sure how that happened. Anyway, it is now restored.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

After that try downloading the market depth data again.
