Error message preventing my Target order from moving with a keyboard shortcut
Caught exception in c_TradeWindow::TradeOrderModifyByKeyboardCommand

BACKGROUND
i’ve used SC for ~5yrs
Trading the MES with BRACKET ORDERS. I trade on the chart.

PROBLEM
I can not move my TARGET order using the assigned KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS anymore when in a LIVE TRADE.
Grabing the order wth the mouse works as expected.

The error message is triggered when i try to use a KEYBOARD SHORTCUT for these two actions:
“Target Order Tick Up”
“Target Order Tick Down”

Strangely, moving the STOP order with a keyboard shortcut in a LIVE TRADE works fine.
Only the TARGET order seems to be affected.

The problem only presents itself during a LIVE TRADE in the market.
The keyboard shortcut works fine in simulation mode.
The keyboard shortcut works fine for adjusting oders sitting on the chart waiting to be filled.

WHAT HAS CHANGED
This week i connected to the Denali data feed and the Sierra Charts Order routing. Previously i was using CQG thru AMP Futures.

I have used keyboard shortcuts to adjust LIVE TARGET orders in the market for years. Things only changed this week.

Your thoughts to help remedy this are most appreciated!

We cannot reproduce this issue. And we see no reason for it to occur. We will add some additional checking to narrow the problem further. We will have a new release out with this additional checking, in about a day. This will be a prerelease. This will be version 2215. Update at that time it is available and when you encounter the problem again let us know the particular exception you get.

We suspect it might be an operating system level problem but that also seems very unlikely.

We also want you to run Sierra Chart in Safe Mode:
