Hello, I'm at the point where I am purchasing the trading services I'll be using. I'm signing the CME Non-Professional Certification and it's asking to identify myself as a professional or non-professional. If I only want to use forex exchange real-time data, not trading any futures, am I still subject to the fees spoken for whether or not I identify as a professional or non-professional? I don't have an active futures account and didn't plan on creating/trading with a futures account. Is it necessary for me to have a futures account in order to trade forex? What is the basis of being a professional and non-professional? Thank you,

Hello, Unfortunately, when I log into my account it tells me there are no exchanges activated on your real-time data connections. When I go to activate the forex exchange, I’m taken to another page with action results stating failed to activate the forex exchange, market data feed account does not exist, registration incomplete, user must sign exchange agreements. I am unable to bypass. Please assist.

Hello, the link provided above was what data feed I needed. I did purchase the $21 (pro rated to $13) forex exchange feed that I could not access without signing the agreements. Could someone please clarify if I have paid for services that weren’t needed and the reoccurring services I’ll be paying for? If possible. Thank you.

I apologize for any confusion. I’ve read through all the packaging/pricing information. It seems I paid for services I did not need. I’ve already paid $36 for the Sierra chart package. I also paid $13 for the forex exchange data feed I could not access/did not need. I was also charged $25 on the 1st for the real time data connection. That’s a total of $110. If I only needed the Sierra chart package then I should have a balance of $74 in my account. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
