I apologize for any confusion. I’ve read through all the packaging/pricing information. It seems I paid for services I did not need. I’ve already paid $36 for the Sierra chart package. I also paid $13 for the forex exchange data feed I could not access/did not need. I was also charged $25 on the 1st for the real time data connection. That’s a total of $110. If I only needed the Sierra chart package then I should have a balance of $74 in my account. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
