High/low period of time study

I have a high/low period of time study in my ES and NQ. It should go from 9:30 to 9:35. In the last couple of days, the study starts running between 9:15 and 9:20. The stop time at 9:35 works accordingly. How can I fix this?

Also, how can I make the crosshair overlay in all my detached windows (before it used to work this way)

With regards to the High/Low for Time Period study, update to the current release, as there were some changes to that study recently that you may not have.

With regards to the crosshair, we are not sure exactly what you are asking for, but refer to this setting to see if this is what you want:

Regarding post #1, we see you are using Transact data. The problem may be market data related because of timestamp errors. We recommend using the Denali Exchange Data Feed:

For now, Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
