Unable to get real time data

I am currently unable to get real time data, all my charts show data that stop at one week prior to current data.
In the account services it shows that I am current and paid up for the denali feed with package 5.

I am seeing the following message in the account control panel :

"Your account is not authorized for updating the data feed service.
Active Service: Denali Exchange Data Feed for SC Order Routing Service - Active until: 2020-12-31 23:59:59 UTC"

Please let me know what I can do to go back to having data as I did before ( new problem ) .

Tell us one of the symbols that is not receiving real-time data.

Make sure the symbols are correct in the charts. Use this Edit menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service)
