This is an follow up from the "glitch" post. I have 3 instances of SC, 2 are running with the SC data-all services no issues. The other instance is running DTC sub-instance, it is a problem. Up until 12/01 no problems doing the Denali switch with all 3. Now, the instance with the DTC-sub has 2 issues, first it does not load up my chartbooks I have to do it manually and the quotes are frozen until I do another switch. After I do that everything's fine. Next day repeat the process. Upgraded to 2206, no change.

What we are seeing on our servers with regards to your instances is not making sense. It shows that you actually have 3 separate installations, which would imply that you are manually setting one of these installations to a service setting of DTC - Sub Instance.

Given this, it would explain why you are having problems, as you can only connect to the Denali Exchange Data Feed from 2 installations at the same time.

Please verify the setup you are using so we can help you set things up properly.

I can't explain it any better than that. One of your techs set it up like that on a phone call. I believe his name was John and he took over my pc remotely. This was about 4-5 months ago. Like I said no problems till 12/01

It's working fine right now, I just have to go through the procedure I outlined in the previous post. As long as it's working I can deal with a little hassle. Lets let it be for now. Will post if it stops.
