Hi,

Since using Sierrachart, my Data settings for Denali have been on Singapore time (GMT+8) and I've manually configured each chart to represent Eastern time. When trying to change the timezone of a new chart, for some reason it goes blank and the log file says there's no data to display. I tried changing the timezone of the data feed itself to be Eastern time but the chart then only displays if I manually set it to GMT+8. All my original charts are OK, it's just these new ones for some reason. The only difference is that I'm using the overlay study to show each of the S&P Sector indices. Each of the individual charts went blank too.

Please let me know what the steps are to rectify this.

Check the Chart Session Times:
Chart Session Times

They need to be relative to the time zone you are using.

Thanks - when I check "Use evening/full session" the charts reappear. Essentially I want to see the charts in their native time rather than my local time which is now the case - is this the correct way to do this ?

Separately, how do I add the label for the main chart as I did in the Subgraph for the overlays?

If the charts are set to Eastern time and you are looking at US cash indices you would use a Start Time of 09:30:00 and an End Time of 15:59:59.

Regarding post #4, you need to use another Overlay study and overlay the main price graph of the same chart. You can then select Chart >> Graph Draw Types >> Blank to hide the original chart.
