Hi.
I have made 4 attempts to complete the CME Non Professional Certification. It keeps being rejected with a message telling me to complete the Uniform Subscriber Agreement for Delayed Data. However I have already completed this and it has been accepted.

I am also not receiving any data for Crude Oil WTI Nymex. I am currently on the CLZ20 contract for this.
I am receiving date for the emini s and p 500.
Please help
Thanks
Chris

The first thing we want to make sure of is that you are trying to activate the Denali Exchange Data Feed in order to get data from the CME Group. In particular, you need to be aware of the requirement of the CME Group that you have a funded trading account in order to qualify for the Non-Professional Exchange Fees. Refer to the following information related to this:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

Again, if you are trying to activate the Denali Exchange Data Feed for Real-Time data, then the issue with your Exchange Agreements is that you are filling out the form for the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement For Delayed Data". You need to fill out the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement" and make sure you enter your Trading Account information, then fill out the "CME Non-Professional Certification". You will find these agreements on this page under the heading "Real-Time Data Agreements":
