Hi. I have made 4 attempts to complete the CME Non Professional Certification. It keeps being rejected with a message telling me to complete the Uniform Subscriber Agreement for Delayed Data. However I have already completed this and it has been accepted. I am also not receiving any data for Crude Oil WTI Nymex. I am currently on the CLZ20 contract for this. I am receiving date for the emini s and p 500. Please help Thanks Chris |
