Hi, i purchased the real time dat from cme but i still can't see it on sierra chart, what do i have to do? Thanks.

The most common reason for not getting the Real-Time data is that the option for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is not enabled. Make sure that this is enabled. If it was not previously, then you will need to disconnect and reconnect to the data feed after you enable it. Refer to the information here: Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) If this is not your issue, then we would need to see your Message Log. Follow these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
