Hello, I am interested in opening up an new account with you. Please help with my following questions: 1. Low Latency is most important factor for my automated trading strategy. With an Optimus Futures or AMP trading account, incoming data and outgoing order will go directly thru your servers located in Aurora instead of going thru their data centers? 2. What is the total monthly fee you charge (including exchange fees) for Live CME Futures data feed? I primarily trade 30 US Treasury Bond Futures and Emini ES. 3. Is your data center for live feed located in Chicago area too? 4. Do you recommend I pay all thru Optimus or AMP, or pay you separately for my Sierra Chart services? 5. Can I install your platform on 2 computers. One is on my VPS server in Chicago for my automated trading. The other one is on my home computer to do monitoring and research. Really appreciated. If you are using the Sierra Chart Futures Order Routing Service with Data, then the order goes to our servers in Aurora which are cross-connected to Trading Technologies servers which are connected to the exchange. The Denali Exchange Data feed itself is $20.00 USD when you are using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. The exchange fee will vary depending on your needs. You will find the information on cost on this page: Denali Exchange Data Feed 3. Yes, our data feed is also co-located with the exchange servers. 4. We are only setup with AMP to have all payments done through them (Usage Time, Data Feed, and Order Routing). But whether you want to or not depends mostly on whether you want to use Sierra Chart for trading with any other brokerage. If you do, then you will need to pay for your Sierra Chart usage through us, as otherwise you are limited to only being able to trade through the brokerage that you are getting your Sierra Chart from. But, if you are wanting to get Real-Time data from the CME Group to both systems at the same time, then you will need to pay for a second exchange fee. 4. In your case we definitely recommend that you pay for Sierra Chart directly. But we can arrange for order fill billing only through your broker AMP or you can pay for it directly through your Sierra Chart account.
