charts not updating

Hello,

The charts are not updating to the currrent time. There are 6 charts open and they have stopped betweeen 36 and 32 minutes ago. I tried 'chart reload and recalculate' but that did not help.

Please advise.

I just closed and reopened the program. The charts reloaded and stopped charting at 15:14 despite the fact that it is currently 15:33.

Please advise how to resolve and prevent from recurrence if possible.

The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the Denali Exchange Data Feed did not renew on November 1, 2020 due to not having enough funds in your account. This is why you are not getting Real-Time data.

To re-enable the data feeds, go to the bottom of this page and select the appropriate options:

With regard to your response indicating that:

The service I paid for, SC Data - All Services, indicated that live feed for 150 symbols would be included with your data service. Why is that not active?

I see that the payment is there but the services did not activate. Do I manually need to reactivate the account each month? Can you please clarify exactly which services I need to activate the account for <150 stock symbol live feed? While it may seem obvious to you, I find the website extremely unclear and hard to decipher on this topic.

To begin with, the data feeds renew on the first of each month. As long as you have enough funds in your account, this will occur automatically. Otherwise, the data feeds will not renew, which is what happened here.

We have gone ahead and re-activated the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed with the U.S. Equities exchange. You should be getting that data in real-time now.

You also had the Denali Exchange Data Feed active, but it looks like you did not have any exchanges activated. Do you want any real-time futures data from the CME Group? If so, then you would need to re-activate the Denali Exchange Data Feed and choose an exchange. Otherwise, you should not activate that data feed.
