With regard to your response indicating that: The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the Denali Exchange Data Feed did not renew on November 1, 2020 due to not having enough funds in your account. This is why you are not getting Real-Time data. To re-enable the data feeds, go to the bottom of this page and select the appropriate options: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices The service I paid for, SC Data - All Services, indicated that live feed for 150 symbols would be included with your data service. Why is that not active?
