Hi,
I have a new account. I selected Denali as my data provider for futures through you. My broker, AMP, says that Sierra Chart has to solve this problem, since I selected the data feed through you, instead of through them. I receive the error message stating "TRADE ACCOUNT NOT ASSIGNED."
Please help.

Hi

I have been using sierra on my old pc for 3 years and now have a new pc. I was using denali feed and had a live feed for cme, cbot and nymex however when i redownload sierra and log into my account and have teton cme order routing set as my trade service it says im not connected. How do i fix this

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
